What we’re looking for:
🔹Proven leadership in an ASC or hospital surgical setting (minimum 3 years)
🔹Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or nursing background a plus

🔹Hands-on expertise with surgical service operations, equipment oversight, and physician relations
🔹Dynamic leadership style with the ability to influence culture and build high-performing teams
