In this pivotal position reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead a dedicated team of over 80 FTEs and four department managers, shaping clinical practice, driving operational efficiency, and raising the bar for patient care across trauma, cardiovascular, orthopedic, and general surgical specialties.

WHAT THEY NEED

Deep Clinical Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience as an Acute Care Director of Surgical Services, or several years of OR Manager experience within a high-volume trauma center.

Academic Background: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.

Operational Mastery: Demonstrated success managing large-scale operational budgets, staffing models, and clinical throughput across complex surgical service lines.

Collaborative Vision: A proven track record of driving interdisciplinary collaboration with surgeons, administrative executives, and clinical teams to elevate patient safety and engagement.
