What They Need

Clinical Expertise: At least one year of recent acute care OR Registered Nurse experience, with strong proficiency in circulating roles (scrubbing skills are a highly valued bonus).

Licensure & Education: A valid Registered Nurse Diploma and an active Registered Nurse license for the State of Kansas (or compact equivalent), with BCLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire.

Surgical Adaptability: Ability to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care across a diverse patient demographic, confidently handling full-service surgical cases with a heavy focus on advanced orthopedics.

Collaborative Spirit: A commitment to participating in strict preoperative site verifications, briefings, time-outs, and shared on-call rotations during select non-business hours.
