What They Need
Surgical Expertise: At least 1+ years of recent Operating Room Registered Nurse experience, encompassing both scrubbing and circulating roles.
Clinical Background: Proven acute care experience handling a diverse caseload, including General, Trauma, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, GYN, and Neurosurgery.
Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license for the State of Kansas, or equivalent compact license.
Education & Certification: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Diploma or Degree program; active Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
Availability: Flexibility to fulfill rotational on-call requirements during non-business hours to support emergency surgical services.
