What They Need

CLINICAL FOUNDATION: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required to ensure a clinical-first approach to leadership.

PROVEN LEADERSHIP: At least 1 year of recent experience as a Director or Manager of Surgical Services in an Acute Care setting.

DEPTH OF EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of clinical experience in acute care Surgical Services.

STRATEGIC MINDSET: The ability to manage department budgets, labor productivity, and interdisciplinary collaboration across OR, PACU, Endo, and Day Surgery.

CULTURE BUILDER: A leader who fosters accountability, transparency, and high employee engagement.
