WHAT THEY NEED
PROVEN LEADERSHIP: You must have at least one year of formal leadership experience and 2-3 years of total experience in sterile processing.
TECHNICAL CERTIFICATION: Current CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) or equivalent certification is required.
OPERATIONAL EXPERTISE: Deep knowledge of decontamination, assembly, and sterilization processes, including high-level disinfection and automated systems.
REGULATORY FLUENCY: A firm grasp of Joint Commission, OSHA, CDC, and AAMI standards to ensure 100% compliance.
COLLABORATIVE MINDSET: The ability to partner with surgical staff and hospital administration to optimize instrument turnover and patient safety.
